We are currently in the early stages of organizing and funding our brewery. This is an opportunity to become an early investor in our brewery and to become part of something you may have been missing in your life: A Great Company!

Unfortunately, there are a few caveats and provisos that we feel necessary to divulge:

1. Potential investors must sign a non-disclosure agreement prior to obtaining any proprietary information.
2. Potential investors may be required to provide financial proof of qualification before any information is provided by the company or investments are accepted.
3. Investments will be sold via a private offering of blocks of restricted preferred shares only; no other offers, even gifts, will be considered.
4. Investors will be allowed to purchase multiple blocks, but blocks will not be divided during the private offering.
5. The date for the private offering has not been set by the Board, but the goal is to make the offering as soon as legally allowable.
